Living with Host
A mega comfy and firm double bed. The recently refurbished room has ample storage, plug sockets and a lamp.
The property is a 2 bedroom flat over two floors of the block. Bedrooms, bathroom and toilet are on the lower floor, with my office, kitchen, lounge/diner and balcony on the top floor. The flat is at the back of a clean, well-maintained low-rise block and overlooks quiet communal gardens.
You'll have access to the fully equipped kitchen, which features a microwave, gas hob, electric oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and Ninja Air Fryer.
You'll also have access to the recently renovated lounge/diner where we've got a surround system for TV and films. There's super fast wifi, upgraded in 2026.
There is a newly (2026) refurbished shared bathroom and toilet, which is next door to your room. Towels are provided.
The flat is centrally heated with fairly new radiators throughout
Guest Parking
Parking outside is free on evenings and weekends. Outside of that you'll need to use the RingGo app and pay per hour.
The Area and Transport
The flat is in zone 2, on Islington/Camden border. You can easily get to many places, including the West End and London Bridge by tube or bus. Walking distance to Pleasance and Park theatres, many others commutable. We're great busses, with the 29, 253 and 390 passing very close by.

- 12mins to Kentish Town Thameslink and Tube Station (Northern Line, Tube station to reopen end of 2024), Caledonian Road Tube Station (Piccadilly Line)
- 15mins to Tufnell Park (or a short bus ride) (Northern Line)

- Finsbury Park Station (Overground, Victoria, Piccadilly Lines)

There is one bedroom for the guests use. Elsewhere in the flat the Kitchen, Lounge, Balcony and bathrooms are shared facilities. There is also a communal garden which is accessible with your key fob that you are welcome to use.
More specifically in the kitchen there is a fridge we can make some space for you in as well as the usual toaster, kettle, electric fan oven, gas hob and air fryer that are available for guest use.

I had a brilliant stay. The duplex apartment is clean and stylish and has everything you could need. My hosts were wonderful, very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend.

Sure to be top of anybody’s list of great digs!
Ben and James were the perfect hosts, who were on hand to help out (and even socialise) but also happy to provide personal space.
The room is comfortable, cosy and warm with one of the nicest beds I’ve ever slept in!
The bathroom & kitchen facilities were clean & modern.
Travel links all straightforward and useful for all parts of London.
Ben and James have a great eye for aesthetic, making a difference from many beige rooms across the UK!

This was my first booking through Theatre Digs, and I hope all future bookings are as good. Ben was friendly, communicative, and accommodating. Everything was as described and pictured, and the flat is conveniently located. The room is quiet and very comfy! Because I was in tech week and away for long days, I didn't end up using the kitchen, but it is fully equipped. Highly recommend!
