Great digs in the heart of Derry - exceptional value for money and easy access to the town centre and theatre. Paul is a wonderful host and will offer great knowledge on the local area and history.
Comfortable room and shared bathroom with great shower in a secure development.

Bear in mind there is no lift to and the walk to the property is uphill but taxis and buses are very easy.

Paul is an excellent host, great communication and very welcoming. Room is comfortable and clean. It's a 15 min walk from the center, note it is up a hill but there are also buses. Good kitchen and bathroom, both clean and Paul made sure there was space.

I had a pleasant stay. The location is brilliant, only a 15 minute walk to the city centre and theatre. Paul was very communicative and friendly although he wasn’t there for my stay he ensured I had everything I needed.
The room was very comfortable and clean although the due to the window not closing properly the noise from outside was awful and made it hard to fall asleep.
Overall great value for money and would recommend.

Great stay in a lovely comfortable modern digs. Paul was away for most of the week, and although he was very nice, it was a bonus to have the place to myself. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable bed, lovely view and Paul couldn’t have been more respectful and considerate. Although I hardly used the kitchen, I was very welcome to do so. The shaving light in the bathroom was a great feature. I would happily stay there again if it is available.

Great digs just ten minutes walk from everything. Comfy bed, good shower and shared kitchen that Paul makes you feel at home to use. He’s a friendly guy who keeps out of your way but is always happy to sit and chat. Highly recommended.
