Living with Host
Double bedroom in a large city centre apartment in a quiet but convenient area of Central Manchester. There is a balcony which enjoys views of the park and the old university building. Full access to Bathroom and Kitchen facilities and plenty of space to store or hang clothes. You are more than welcome to use things such as tea, coffee etc.
I work shifts work, so am out of the apartment at varying times.
The apartment is quiet, with no late night parties etc.
I do have a cat, so please bear this in mind if you have any allergies etc.
Guest Parking
Parking is a possibility sometimes, but needs to be arranged before hand. There are numerous public car parks nearby, of varying costs.
The Area and Transport
Walking distance to both Piccadilly & Oxford Road train stations.
Palace & Home theatre are a 5-10 minute walk

The apartment is 2 bedroom, shared with myself (the host) with the guest bedroom lockable if need be. There will be no other people in the apartment (except the cat 🙂)
