It comes with a private shower room and toilet and also includes the use of a shared lounge/study and garden (a work in progress!).
On the first floor is a shared open-plan kitchen area with a balcony and the family lounge. The room also has a mini fridge and microwave (if required).
The house is on a residential street but close to shops, restaurants, and Brixton Market and Village. It is also very near to Loughborough community farm and 15 minutes from Myatts Fields Park. It is about a 10-minute' walk from Brixton tube (Victoria line) and 5 minutes from Loughborough Junction rail station (Thameslink). There is also secure parking for bikes.
