Double room close to train station & town center in friendly house (KETTERING)

Have been letting spare room out to lodgers for a long time but prefer shorter term lets and actor friends recommended this site.

Street parking available, 10 minute walk to town center. 5 minutes from train station with direct line to London. Approx. 20 minute drive to Northampton (depending on traffic and time of day). 2 min drive to Lighthouse or 10 min scenic walk if you cut through the leisure village. Trains to / from Wellingborough (Castle) and Corby (Cube) or both drivable in 15 mins.

Double room, furnished with small double bed and mattress (with mattress and pillow protectors), bedside table, lamp and built in wardrobe with hanging and shelf space. Large desk with ergonomic office chair directly in front of window. Bedding and towels provided. Free standing fan in room can be removed if not required.

Modern kitchen and large bathroom with shower and bath. Large garden with outdoor seating.

I have pets: 2 cats (who are used to having the run of the house so will come in if your door is open!) so animal lovers preferred.

There is always somewhere available to park outside/close by the house. Mini supermarket across the road very handy, Tesco Express/Co-op 5 minutes walk.

Wireless broadband available throughout house.

I work from home so usually dining room table based during the day. Must be a complete non smoker and clean and tidy as I am very house-proud and keep a nice home.
