Living with Host
Large double room in detached property 3 miles from the City Centre in a quiet area. Yards from bus stop that takes a 15/20 minute journey into the
centre of Nottingham and stops yards from Theatre Royal, Royal Concert Hall and short walk to the Playhouse Theatre. Bus also stops at the Arena.
Depending if my son is at home (he travels with his job sometimes) it is a shared bathroom with walik in shower.
No limitations on using kitchen but kettles and tea/coffee, milk and sugar will be in the room for use as and when you want a drink.

Welcome to sit in large well kept garden.
House rules are basic, no smoking and when coming in at night please be quiet. No other person to stay in room without my consent and appropriate extra charge.
Happy to answer any questions or meet any requests upon arrival.
Occasionally there may be a dog on the premises as I look after friend's dogs.

My adult son lives in the property but is not always at home due to travelling with his job.
Happy to share kitchen, living room, dining room and conservatory. Garden also weather permitting.
The house has 2 bathrooms and guest will be expected to share use with my son. The bathroom has a walk in shower and recently modernised.

Second bathroom is not for use of guests.
