What does this mean?

Double furnished room available in a modern quirky complex. There’s lots of communal grounds with a lake and ducks (who feed out of your hand if you like wildlife) and use of a free gym in the complex that can be used from 7am-10pm

The accommodation is a 15 minute drive to both the hippodrome and old vic/ 20 minutes by cycling (secure bike storage available at accommodation) and roughly a 40 minute walk
Flat is shared with one other and a cat. Host works full time Monday to Friday and some weekends
