A bright and airy double room is available on the first floor of a modern and well-maintained mid-terrace house, located in a peaceful cul-de-sac. The house features a lovely garden and offers full access to the shared kitchen and living areas. Property is available only for non-smokers.
Important: Check-in is available from 6pm to 9pm, check-out is strictly before 8am (Mon–Fri) or 9am (Sat–Sun). If a later check-out is needed, please ensure you book an additional night in advance to avoid inconvenience. Thanks!

Evelina is such as a lovely host. She immediately made me feel very comfortable as it was my first time living with a host. She was so easy to communicate with, responds quick. Her house is immaculate! So clean! I had such good sleeps. And the dogs are the most friendliest dogs I’ve ever met, and they were really like therapy and made my week. Would highly recommend Evelina to anyone. Thank you for such a good stay xx

Evelina and her two lovely dogs were an absolute dream of a host. The house was lovely and clean. I also found the communication with the host to be easy if I needed anything. There were never any issues whatsoever and I would recommend this digs to anyone 100%

It was an absolute delight to stay with Evelina. The house is beautifully presented and immaculately clean.
The amenities are great and modern, the shower has lots of hot water and the bed was unbelievably comfortable!
The very sweet and friendly dogs were a delightful bonus.
Evelina was an outstanding host, excellent with communication, really thoughtful and welcoming. I wish I could have stayed longer, would highly recommend.

I received such a friendly welcome from Evelina and her beautiful King Charles Spaniels! Parking was right outside her door in this quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of Leeds, just 10/15 minute drive from the city centre. The house was spotless and room perfect for a short stay. The bed was super comfortable too. I had use of the kitchen when I left the next morning Evelina made me a great coffee from her machine. I can highly recommend this host and will definitely be back again.
