Full flat to yourself. Can fit 4 people with 2 big size double bedroom, with storage cupboard available. Staying in a 2 bedroom flat with access to a kitchen, shared bathroom and living room. In a quiet area so perfect for getting rest after a day out at the fringe.

Guest Parking

Residents Parking now in operation so, sadly, no more free street parking close to the flat. Some very expensive Pay & Display fairly nearby and still some free on street parking a few streets away, generally very busy though.

The Area and Transport

Cosy double room in Victorian second floor flat just off Leith walk. Playhouse only 20 mins walk away. Easy and direct access by bus and tram from stop 5 minute walk from the flat to all main theatres and Waverley train station. Balfour Street tram stop and plenty more buses available on Leith Walk (5 mins on foot) where there are also many coffee bars, take aways and restaurants. Large Tesco (open till midnight Mon-Sat, till 8pm on Sunday) and Lidl (open 8am-10pm every day), each 5 mins walk.
