Double In Quiet House With View Of Trees (Leeds)

I have a furnished double room available in my lovely home.

The room has a double bed, bedside table, clock radio, shelving, a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
It looks out over the back garden which is green and lush.
Bedding is provided, towels if you need.

The house is a 3 bed semi with sunny gardens front and rear. It backs onto green space with the railway behind that so there are lots of birds in the garden. The house has a cosy living room and an open plan kitchen/ dining room. Lots of plants.

It's 8 minutes walk to either Burley park or Headingley train station, which is super quick to town, or 10 minutes walk to the middle of Headingley - the location is great. There are also regular buses to town from the end of the road. A taxi from town is about £7/8

I am 41, I work part time, I have a 7 year old son. He normally lives with me but sometimes stays with his dad. I have a cat who mainly lives in the garden.

I like gardening, cooking, chilling. I am laid back and friendly.
No smoking inside the house please.

Wifi, washer, drier, dishwasher. Really good pressure shower.

Its a quiet, mostly tidy, relaxed house.
