What does this mean?

I have one double bedded room accommodation available. This is on a room only basis.

Adjacent bathroom facilities are shared with host. Kitchen facilities are available to all guests.

The property is situated a few minutes walk from the City Centre and the Theatre Royal. It is in a secluded off road location with free parking.

Free wi-fi is available.

This is non smoking accommodation, guests are welcome to smoke in the garden.

Please note that there are steps up to the front and back doors making wheelchair access difficult.

Guest Parking

There is free parking at my property. There is a communal off road car park in front of the houses.

The Area and Transport

The city centre and theatre are only a 10 min walk away. There is a No.25 bus stop at the bottom of the driveway that goes straight into the city centre (only 2 stops) and onwards to the railway station. The opposite route goes to the university. Local shops and public houses are a 2 min walk away.

Amanda was such a lovely and supportive host. Really accommodating. Her home is very pretty, room is cosy and an easy walk to theatre. Bus at the end of the drive goes straight to the train station.

I had a lovely stay here. Amanda was very friendly and welcoming. It’s an easy walk into the theatre or there are busses. I would happily stay here again
