large double bedroom on 2nd floor of Victorian House. access to garden and full use of kitchen and living areas. It is a 10 minute walk to Nottingham Playhouse and a 6 minute walk to Theatre Royal Nottingham. A 15 minute walk to Nottingham City Centre.

unfortunately there is no parking as it is resident parking only and I don't have a visitors permit. I am unaware of the nearest parking facilities.
