What does this mean?

Apartment has 2 double bed bedrooms, with one having private access to a large balcony. If wanted, apartment with the 2 rooms are available for rent, if not I will be living in the 2nd room

Full use of kitchen, which is open planned

Guest Parking

Unfortunately there is no dedicated available car park spot but there is free residential roads around the corner

The Area and Transport

I have a south facing, bright double bedroom available in Artane for theatre digs.
5km from the city centre and a six minute walk to multiple bus routes into town.
The kitchen and living room are open plan, as one room.
There is one bathroom with a shower/bath
The house is in a quiet estate very close to a large Tescos, Pennys, Mr. Price and many more shops
The house is quiet after 11pm.
