The flat is on a quiet road just 2 minutes walk to Crystal Palace Park and 10 minutes walk to Sydenham Station/High street.
Amenities:
Sydenham High Street has everything you need including supermarkets, pubs, coffee shops, brunch places, gyms and a post office. Penge High Street is also nearby and two large Sainsbury’s. The Crystal Palace triangle is a pleasant 20 minute walk away through the park and has even more pubs, bars, shops and restaurants.
Travel:
From Sydenham station you can connect to Canada Water (15mins) or London Bridge (20mins). You can also go to Whitechapel to join the Elizabeth line into central London. It’s a 15 minute walk to Penge East with direct trains into Victoria (20mins). There is plenty of free on-street parking on our road.
