Don’t just stay here…… (Malvern)

We live in a detached 5 bedroom house with a top floor bedroom and shower room available for your sole use. We have a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and breakfast room available to share with us. We have a woodworking workshop and potting shed with raised beds that we are happy to also share upon mutual agreement and understanding of use and accepted practices and additional remuneration to cover any costs where necessary.

We understand what it’s like to work away from home and hope to offer somewhere where you can totally relax in your downtime or enjoy an opportunity to utilise or learn woodworking, local history, geology or further your own skill, craft or pastime.

Our “attic” rooms have recently been renovated and are warm and comfortable. The shower room has a large walk in shower, dual flush back to wall toilet and built in vanity unit with heated mirror. The bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables, wardrobe and dressing table. We also provide a small fridge and kettle in your room. The whole house is ventilated by heat recovery ventilation and powered by solar panels and a residential battery backed up in the winter months by the National Grid.

For the summer months we have a decking area where it’s comfortable to relax on warm days and a breakfast room to enjoy your toast or muesli. In the winter we have a more formal dining room with a wood burner to enjoy your porridge in.

Malvern Theatre is an easy, if up hill, walk away and a comfortable coast down hill back again. Our aged retired legs can manage it in under 20 minutes!

We hope to offer you somewhere you can relax and feel comfortable and are open to being flexible and accommodating within reason. Talk to us about what you need.
