Living with Host

Luxurious room with a King Size bed and Egyptian cotton sheets.

Private bathroom with bathtub and rainfall shower.

Located in the gorgeous Deansgate Square (M15 4UR).

Full use of kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, living room, communal roof garden.

Professionally cleaned by my cleaner between guests. Long stay guests also benefit from a bi-weekly bathroom and bedroom clean, including bedding change.

Gorgeous views of Manchester and a few seconds away from some beautiful canal walks.

Deansgate Station seconds away, great transport links.

Optional use of HOME Mini Bar (private delivery service in the complex, items charged individually and it arrives within 10 mins).

Use of HOME Laundry (collection and delivery service in the complex for a fee, either by item or laundry weight) - you can also just use my washer/dryer for free - I barely use it.

Gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and swimming pool access at the complex (there is a fee), I am also very close to the standard gym groups (PureGym etc).

4 on-site restaurants (Italian, Rotisserie, Japanese and Indian) - some have discounts on certain days.

On-site supermarket with deli.

On-site coffee shop and bar.

24hr security and concierge.

Walkable distance to so many other restaurants, bars, Odeon cinema, Arndale Shopping Centre, Canal Street (and, of course) most of Manchester's theatres.

I work in the industry too, so you'll be in good company!

My home is shared with my dog - he's a small cavapoo, he doesn't shed and is very chilled. He sleeps in my bedroom on an evening, usually.

Parking is not available at the apartment, but there is paid parking nearby.
