What does this mean?

We have a twin bedded en suite studio room sleeps 2 balcony overlooking garden
1 single room
1 double room sleeps 2 sharing bathroom
Kept extremely clean
We are about 20 minutes to kings theatre
Light use of kitchen & washing machine
Breakfast provided cereal toast fresh fruit tea coffee fruit juice
Also can provide fridge space with prior notice
We live in quiet part of Southsea with infant school opp
We are clean & tidy & friendly
14 years as theatre digs accommodation
And short taxi or bus to new theatre royal commercial rd & groundlings theatre
Portsmouth harbour

Guest Parking

Parking is in street with parking restrictions between 5-30 pm to 7-30 pm
Permits are available at £ 1-15 each per day

The Area and Transport

We are a ten minute walk to fratton railway station with good services to London/Cardiff/Southampton West Country etc

We do insist for guest to put both locks on front door when leaving house and when they enter

Or can chill on the garden bench in the small front garden

Simply the best.
I was at Fareham Live for a week.
Stayed with David and Gerald at their beautiful home in Southsea, which is a twenty minute drive from the venue.
Wonderful, welcoming hosts.
Lovely, quiet bedrooms. Very comfortable bed. Help yourself breakfast.
Beautiful garden.
A thoroughly enjoyable week!
Hooe to return again.

What can I say. Yet another lovely comfortable week. Warm and welcoming and made to feel at home by them both. Lovely breakfast provided although parking has become more of an issue with so many more cars on their road.
But still the best digs in Southsea/Portsmouth. Thank you again boys
