Darby House (built circa 1850) is located on a private road, The Grove - hence free parking adjacent to the property ( + secure storage for cycles in garage). We are around 15 mins walk from town / theatres, and we're also on the tram route. We have 3 large double bedrooms, together on the 1st floor, with a guest bath/shower room on the same landing (bedroom 1 also has an en-suite shower). Guests also have the use of their own kitchen and dining room.
This is all situated in big, beautiful and secluded, walled garden, which, of course, our guests are also free to use.
Your hosts, Rick and Gillian now live in their own flat in the basement.
