Living with Host

What does this mean?

Kitchen use is allowed but limited to microwave and tea coffee and cooking light meals. Dinner parties or 3 course meals not favoured. It is shared facility with the host. Washing machine is allowed and cloths rails are provided . On sunny dry days washing can be dried outside . Use of the cloth’s dryer is consider environmental bad and to be used only in an extreme emergency .

Guest Parking

Easy parking 2 car parking spaces outside the front door . No vans or lorries allowed to park in the development.

Modern 4 bedroom house centrally located in leafy suburban Belfast district of Belfast . Close to bus links - bus stop 5 mins walk away and the city centre 10 mins by bus . Lyric theatre within easy walking distant - 15 mins away.

Very lovely digs in a quiet area. Clean room with comfy bed and en-suite. Kieran was very accommodating when plans significantly changed and was a joy to chat to. Would stay here again.

Was wonderful, very friendly host and lovely digs. Nice and close to the Lyric, but a little removed from the rest of the city. Absolutely would reccomend!

Kieran was a fantastic host! Great chats, very helpful (even picked me up when taxi dropped me at the wrong location!) Short walk to Lyric Theatre, bit longer into GOH but good bus service. Nice quiet area.

My stay was great! Kieran was so accommodating and helpful. The room was so spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It was a quick bus ride to the opera house or just a £7 cab. Would definitely stay again!

A lovely house in a quiet location, with good transport (bus) links to the city centre and walks along the Lagan. Ideal for the Lyric theatre but also convenient for The Grand Opera House( via bus) too. A very enjoyable stay, with Kieran and Aldo excellent hosts. highly recommended.

Can't thank Kieran enough for my stay in Belfast. The room was great and Kieran was an excellent host. Don't let the distance put you off. There are regular buses to/from the city centre as well as uber. Would highly recommend. Many thanks!

Couldn't recommend Kieran's digs more. Spacious and beautiful room, Kieran is a great host, and while it's a bit of a walk to the Opera House there's a very convenient bus route so it's not an issue!
