Beautifully clean and unique property with 3 individual bedrooms, bathroom, shower room, additional cloakroom and private gardens and extra long driveway. 30/40 minutes drive to all large cities - Blackpool, Manchester, Liverpool, South Lakes and East Lancashire make us the ideal base to commute from a superb standard of rental. We are very close to local bus routes and ten minutes from the central Bus and Train stations - we achieve a top guest rating of 10 and 5 on B[REMOVED] and Air BnB respectively so you can expect a pleasant , comfortable stay with us on this quiet residential estate.
Guest Parking
Guests have complete use of the house rental area and gardens. Dalmore benefits from a long private driveway on which you can park up to three standard cars with ease. The garden has garden furniture for your use and we ask that any smokers use the far end of the garden as this prevents various smoke smells reaching into the property. The house is a no smoking or vaping area and is always Pet free.
The Area and Transport
Dalmore is a beautifully appointed semi dating back to 1936 when this quiet estate was built on the outskirts of Preston. Close to the M6, junction 31, to local bus routes approx 5 minutes walk, and the town centre we are equally suited to leisure and business bookings & welcome short breaks or longer term lets. Your hosts live in the adjoining property and work from home so are on hand for your needs whilst you are staying.
The house accommodates 5 adults in 3 bedrooms and has its own WiFi and a Digital TV service on a Smart TV, so you are able to use your own subscriptions while you stay with us. The large, private back garden is all yours during the rental although we do ask guests to adhere to the quiet hours rules of no noise likely to disturb others from 11pm until 7 am. We will meet you on arrival and decide at that point on heating settings (your host manages the heating via a Hive app) and check out arrangements for the end of your stay.

We usually have teams of 2-3 contractors stay with us with each having their own lockable bedroom and sharing the lounge, kitchen and dining spaces.
Excluded Facilities
The front room downstairs in the house is the owner’s art studio so will be locked and not in use during any rental.
For any bookings of longer than 4 days we will agree access times for the owner to retrieve materials for teaching if required.

This is a quiet residential estate so noise must be kept to a minimum, especially outside in the garden, with set quiet hours from 11pm to 7 am.
No pets - our own cats are not allowed in the property.
Recycling bins are outside the gate on the drive, please recycle fully during your stay.
Heating hours will be agreed on arrival and managed through the owner/app - do not tamper with the settings - if you require changes speak with the owner who lives next door.
As the kitchen area does not have a door we request that you refrain from cooking stronger smelling foods such as fish, cabbage and curry on the stove top as this permeates the building making it difficult to re-set the house to the standard we expect all of our guests to enjoy on arrival
