An Oasis in the busy coastal town of Blackpool. PROUD TO SAY I AM AGAIN THE WINNER OF THE BEST SMALL RESIDENTIAL GARDEN IN BLACKPOOL AWARD 2023 AND 2022.
Offers two separate newly refurbished double rooms with new king sized beds in a beautiful house Victorian Garden Terrace near Stanley Park.
Featuring a stunning Spanish Courtyard to the rear of the property with a hot tub, area for sunbathing. Lovely mood lighting inside and out. A very large separate shower and a jaccuzi bath.
A second downstairs toilet and sink is downstairs near the Spanish Courtyard to the rear of the large kitchen diner. A lovely Victorian dining room, with Piano available for use.
A new chic garden room to also sit in leading onto the Spanish Courtyard. Use of the beautiful stylish Lounge is also for your use. Many quirky things to see around the house.
Wifi available. Street parking outside no restrictions or passes required. Both rooms are decorated to a high standard.
Central heated and have wardrobe and bedside tables with bedside lamps for you to use. Double glazed so nice and quiet for a good nights sleep. Ideal location as it's in a lovely residential area near the award winning Stanley Park yet only a ten minute walk into town.
Straight forward walk down Newton Drive it goes right into the town centre one road.
There are two lovely local pubs the No3 and No4 within a 3 minute walk from the house that have beer gardens and [REMOVED]
There is also a lovely Art decor cafe in Stanley park that sells fabulous food inside or out.
Naturists welcomed.

Howard was a very kind host and the digs were an easy 15-20 minute walk to the Winter Gardens. Recommend for anyone touring to Blackpool.

I was very happy with everything during my stay. I was in the smaller room and the bed was super comfortable. Everything you need and very relaxing. Amazing garden too! Howard and Wayne were super nice and cultivated a lovely atmosphere. Will stay again if ever working in Blackpool. Thanks 🙏

Super friendly host and house, loved my time with Howard. He is kind and accomodating, a bath robe, towels,tea and coffee in the room, a lift too and from the station the list goes on. The hot tub was very relaxing after a long day of work. Quick walk in a straight line to the Grand theatre, gym and supermarket close and easy to get to. Howard had some other guests there who were all friendly and respectful and I enjoyed having chats throughout my stay. Can't wait to come again!

Had an amazing stay in Blackpool, Howard is a fantastic host. The house felt welcoming and relaxed, with a great garden to unwind in. It was busy at times with other guests, but everyone was friendly and it added to the atmosphere. The location was ideal - just a straight 20 minute walk to the Grand Theatre, which made getting to work easy. The home had everything I needed, and I’d happily stay again.

The front garden-facing room I stayed in was spacious, with a comfortable bed, good storage, and a TV. The location is convenient, about a 20-minute walk to the theatre. The house is busy, with four rooms and frequent personal guests of the host arriving late, making it noisy at times. The kitchen felt small for the number of guests, lacked adequate bowls and plates, and had no proper dining area. The house overall wasn’t the most clean and felt cluttered. The shower was either very hot or cold.

Howard is new to Theatre Digs but I’m sure the listing will shoot up the chart. The room I stayed in was exactly what I need. Bathroom and shower was hot and easy to use, a bath goes a long way. The only thing I’d say that you are at the mercy of other guests staying. During the 3 days I stayed I heard noises during the night which effected me as my start times where early but if you have a more later start time this might not be an issue for you. Overall I would highly recommend this place.
