What does this mean?

2 bright double bedrooms in newly renovated cottage, quiet rooms at rear of house. Blackout curtains. House shared with me (Sue).
Warm, comfortable home. Shared bathroom (walk in shower, no bath) and additional shower room on ground floor. Use of kitchen and living area, and garden. Washing machine. Very close to the sea, lovely Royal William Yard and Mount Edgcumbe.

Free parking in nearby Strand St public car park (adjacent road)

The Area and Transport

Lovely home on the Stonehouse peninsula, 2 minutes from Royal William Yard one way and Cremyll ferry to Mount Edgcumbe the other way. Level 20 minute walk to Theatre Royal/city centre, or 5 minute bus ride. Sea swimming almost on the doorstep!

Had a wonderful week with Sue - the area is fantastic. Right next to the bus route to the theatre, but the walk is also very pleasant. See you next time I'm in Plymouth

Had a great stay here. Very clean and nice house with everything you could want, especially an amazing shower! Nice 25 minute walk to the theatre. Thank you Sue for being so nice and welcoming throughout my time :)

What a Great place to stay. Sue was a lovely host who put a lot of thought into the room I stayed in she was also really friendly. nice to chat to and very helpful. her home was in a nice quiet area and had a good kitchen and was really clean I hope Sue would except a booking from me again when I am next in Plymouth.

Sue's place was one of the most comfortable, homely stays i've been to all tour! The location is beautiful, i'd say the nicest area of Plymouth, and Sue was so warm and welcoming. Highly recommend x

I really enjoyed my time staying in Sue’s lovely house in a fantastic location (really, the best of Plymouth on your doorstep). Sue is such a relaxed, easy going and interesting person. It was a home from home. What more can you ask?!

Lovely room, very quiet and clean, bathroom was excellent and a quick easy walk to the theatre. Sue was incredibly friendly and welcoming, would happily stay again, and highly reccomend to anyone.

Staying with Sue at Stonehouse was exactly what I needed as I had a last min cancellation of accommodation and happened to also be ill during my stay. Sue was kind, quit to communication effective and the room and facilities where of a high standard, would definitely recommend, also Stonehouse is beautiful as your right by the water. Thanks so much Sue
