Living with Host

What does this mean?

The room is a double bedroom with ensuite in a loft conversion. Electric shower and bedding and towels included if required. There is a then a separate dressing and sitting area where you can relax if you prefer your own space. There is wifi throughout the property.I have a TV monitor if you would like to use nexflix/iplayer etc in the room.

The rest of the house has a living room and kitchen with all usual appliances, which you are able to have full access to. Finally there is a back garden with seating.

I have had lots of lodgers living with me previously and enjoy a chat, occasionally cooking together etc but equally I work shifts so there may be some times where you have the house to yourself.

There is free street parking available directly outside the house

The Area and Transport

My house is on the boundary of Leeds and Bradford in an 'urban village'. There is a bus stop 3 mins from the house which is a 30-40 mins direct bus to Leeds. Bradford buses A2 and 645 to Bradford Interchange about 5-6mins walk away. Bradford City centre is a 15-20 min drive away.

2 supermarkets are within walking distance as are a couple of restaurants and local pubs. The canal and local woodlands are nice for walking and runs.

I had a lovely stay with Philippa- beautiful home and facilities and a fantastic location with lots of walks and amenities- and easy for Leeds centre - will definitely book again
