Two rooms (one double, one single) available in a light and airy 3-bedroom house shared with the homeowners. The room features a wardrobe and desk, perfect for a comfortable stay. Guests have access to a shared kitchen, living room, shower bathroom, an additional downstairs toilet, and storage space in the shed or garage if needed. Just a 2-minute walk to Northala Hills park and well-connected to public transport, it’s an ideal base for theatre professionals
Guest Parking
The streets in the area are permit-free, so you can easily park on the roads. There’s usually plenty of space available nearby. While my house has a driveway, it’s typically occupied by my car, but the on-street parking is convenient and hassle-free.
The Area and Transport
The house is in a quiet residential area, just a 2-minute walk from Northala Hills park, home to a weekly Parkrun. The E10 bus stop across the road provides direct access to Northolt Station (Central Line) or Ealing Broadway, and Northolt Station is just over a 10-minute walk away. Local amenities include takeaways, Turkish restaurants, a Harvester, and a pub near the station.

Host will clean communal areas every few days
LAUNDRY: Fresh bedding and towels will be provided weekly. Washing machine available for weekly use. Lodgers to provide their own soap powder/cleaning products to wash their own clothes
SMOKING: No smoking or vaping indoors (garden may be permitted). No drugs allowed on the property.
HEATING + UTILITIES: Utility bills are included in the price advertised on the booking however avoid excessive water or energy use
RESPECT & CONSIDERATION: Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially late at night. Communicate in advance if you'll be away for extended periods.

I had a lovely stay with Candace! Everything you want with a host and more! Excellent location, 15 minute walk to the central line, with a bus also leaving from over the road.

Candace and Rohan are the loveliest hosts! I said in my last review that i'd be back. I'm so glad I did. I feel blessed to have stayed with all three people (King the dog person too). I feel blessed to know that they're there. Beautiful people!! See you in a month or two or three! Stu :)

Wow, sometimes in life we just land on our feet. My hosts were simply lovely. Five stars aren't enough! I still feel warm from their hospitality. The area is good too. Easy to get to transport links. King the dog was the sweetest! And… I'm going back next week!
