Living with Host

What does this mean?

A quiet and cosy double room at the back off the house overlooking a small courtyard. The room has a large wardrobe and chest of draws so plenty of storage. Guest will have access to the kitchen and bathroom, courtyard and use of washing machine. I split my time between the office and home so will sometimes be at home during the day.

Guest Parking

It's residents parking on my road but i do have some visitors parking permits that can be made available if needed.

The Area and Transport

The house is on a friendly street in Montpelier, a stones throw from Stokes Croft and a short stroll into Bristol City Centre. It’s about a 25 walk to the Old Vic, close to bus routes and Montpelier overland station.
