What does this mean?

Double room close to city Centre. Shared bathroom shower and kitchen facilities. (washing machine)

Very bright and spacious with lots of wardrobe room. I am a part-time fitness instructor and also work at the theatre, My husband is a university professional.

We have a small dog that lives with us. Very friendly and happy to meet new people.

Lovely place to stay in Oxford. Easy walk to the theatre or a few minutes on the bus (barring traffic). Lovely home and very clean & friendly hosts!

Gavin is a great host and the room was lovely. An easy walk to the New Theatre with all amenities very easily accessible. I’d love to stay again when next in Oxford.

I had a delightful stay here, the room was very comfortable and hosts were so welcoming and helpful. It was really easy to walk to the theatre but the bus was also an option on rainy days. I'd definitely stay here again when working in Oxford.

Gavin's place is great. Really comfy room, clean every where, friendly hosts and a good location. About 20-25 minutes easy walk to the Playhouse. I parked my car out at the park and ride. Would stay again, thanks!
