Enormous double room in beautiful Georgian flat in the heart of historic Clifton Village.
The room is completely vaulted with the original flagstones on the floor.

Two sofas, double bed and plenty of space and room to chill out in.
The room is very quiet and ideal for sleeping late.

The cat flap is in the outside door to the room so you will get the occasional "dooof" as Dave (fat cat who lives here) goes out or in, but once you know what the noise is it's easy to sleep through.

The main bathroom is your priority to use. We use it early morning to shower (when you are asleep) and in the evenings (when you are at the theatre), but when you are back we won’t be in there. It has a power shower to wind up in and huge bath tub to wind down in.

Fully equipped kitchen, Wifi, washing machine & dryer.

We don't mind a partner coming for one or two nights, but not on a longer term.

It's an easy going house, full of character, but please remember that this is our HOME. We've had a few guests who have used it more like a hotel. Left us to do their washing up, broken glasses and not cleared it up, left their room a mess, invited partners to stay without asking .... If this is your style, then our home probably isn't the right place for you. However, if you're respectful to being in someone's home, we will welcome you with open arms.
