What does this mean?

The Cottage is a quaint, beautiful, Yorkshire stone cottage which is quiet in Far Headingley which is also a conservation location and yet close to the heart of Headingley and all amenities, bus routes, train, shops, bars, cafes and restaurants.

The cottage is close to both Universities, hospital, only twenty minutes drive from Leeds, Bradford Airport, close to the centre of Leeds including all theatres and studios.

The cottage is close to many parks, local nature reserves and within walking distance of many locations.

The room is in a family home hence suitable for somebody mature, respectful and responsible as the landlord lives with their two year old son and cat.

The room is bright, comfortable, spacious, quiet and has a double bed, lamp and a fitted wardrobe.

The landlord could also offer a flexible tenancy such as short contracts, including weekdays or weekends to suit.
