What does this mean?

Relaxing and restful, self contained cottage annexe on the outskirts of Bristol, designed as a peaceful retreat from the joyous hustle and bustle of the city, especially after a show! With blackout blinds, beautiful views, woodburner and a modern heating system. The annexe has a fully equipped kitchen, with a Grind coffee machine, Dualit toaster, air fryer, microwave and induction cooker. Comfy sofa, Tv and DVD player in the living room and a spacious King size bed with en suite.

The Area and Transport

The annexe is located in a semi rural town called Nailsea, 30 minutes drive from the centre of Bristol. If you are looking for a quiet retreat whilst working in Bristol but need to have easy access to the city then please feel free to stay with us. We have national trust properties 10 minutes away, beautiful country walks and cycle routes. On our street there is a lovely pub called the Moor end spout, a local Coop round the corner and on the high stree Waitrose, boots and the like.

The X9 bus stop is a 3 minute walk from the front door, buses run every 27 minutes and it takes 35 minutes to reach Bristol. earliest Bus to Bristol is 06:15 am and last bus from Bristol back to Nailsea is 00.05 am.

We have a train station Nailsea and Backwell, 4 minutes away by car, 37 minute walk (one long straight road) 9 minutes by bicycle and 23 minutes via bus.

Bristol Airport is 22 minutes away by car and 21 minutes via bus.

We like to recycle, so please separate and use the appropriate bins.

When showering allow the bathroom to ventilate by keeping the window open and ensuring the extractor fan is on, afterwards keep the window open for a further 10 minutes to fully air out.

The heating is delivered by infared ceiling panels, so they heat up within seconds, so we kindly ask that you only have heating on when in the property.
