Cosy single room right near Tobacco Factory Theatre (Bristol)

This is a cosy little room that faces onto our garden on the ground floor. There is a small desk & room to hang clothes. I can provide towels if you need them.
Guests say how comfy the bed is!

We live in a Victorian Terrace literally two minutes from the Tobacco Factory Theatre ( you can see it from our upstairs back window).

There is a downstairs toilet right next to your room, and access to the garden. The bathroom upstairs has a massive bath, rain shower and all the usual stuff. You have access to our lovely kitchen diner, garden, washing machine etc.

Currently it's myself and my teenage son in the house, plus an art student lodging in an upstairs room. We are keen to keep the homely feel of the house so encourage everyone to respectfully clean up after themselves in the kitchen and bathroom.

We back onto a primary school playground so that gets noisy from 8.45am and is intermittent throughout the day. We have a nervous cat who won't want to know you at all, but we are very friendly ourselves!

You walk from our terrace, three houses down and on to North Street, where there are frequent buses into the city centre. There is also a gym and a marvellous artisan bakery cafe opposite our road and then Aldi, The Tobacco Factory Theatre & Bar ( plus fab Sunday market) and all the delights of North Street's independent shop & cafe/restaurant scene to enjoy plus bank, post office etc.

You can also get to the docks, the local park and Ashton Court quickly from our end of North Street and it is a lovely walk into the city centre along the docks, if you don't want to get the bus or a scooter.

We can give you a parking pass for £3 a day or currently, if you go just onto the other side of North Street, it's free.
