Living with Host

What does this mean?

I can only take women as my cat has a bad reaction to male guests!

A single bedroom (the bed pulls out to a double if needed) and private bathroom with bath. The flat is within walking distance to both Nottingham Playhouse and Theatre Royal, with easy travel links to other venues.

I also have free parking if anyone needs it.

I have a lovely cat, Loki, so cat lovers welcome!

Kat and cat! Ha ha, we’re lovely. Great to park and only 13 min walk to theatre Royal. There is a blind in the room. But unfortunately for me as a light sleeper, it’s not a blackout blind. So the daylight woke me. But I have suggested, curtains are needed. Great having my own bathroom. Thank you K & L

Kat was a great host and the room and flat were lovely! The room was super clean and a great size for a single room. The flat was only about 10 mins from the theatre royal and in an area with lots of places to eat. Loki the cat was also adorable and very friendly which was a big plus.

Kat could not have been more friendly. Communication was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for her and Loki the cat was just gorgeous. The bed was beyond comfy and having access to my own bathroom was a real plus. The location is perfect! Only an 8 min downhill stroll to the Royal concert Hall venue and a short 10 min gentle uphill stroll on the way back. Had my own car parking space as well with free permit parking which is so kind and helpful. Great pubs and shops nearby. Thanks Kat!

Kat was a lovely host, and her flat was a perfect place to stay for my week in Nottingham. Free parking was simple and it was only a short walk to the theatre. Loki was great at keeping me company! Highly recommend, would definitely stay again. Thank you :)

Katherine was a brilliant host and I had a comfortable stay whilst in Nottingham. Walking distance from the Concert Hall and easy bus ride to the station. Thanks for a great stay!

The ideal place to stay in Nottingham. So close to the city centre, and even closer to the Playhouse. The room is very comfortable and all the necessities were provided. Kat is the most welcoming and friendly host, her apartment is amazing and her cat Loki is adorable. Would absolutely stay here again!

Kat and Milo are super friendly and very chilled. The digs are so convenient for Theatre Royal or Playhouse and having free parking so close is such a bonus.
The single bed is very comfortable.
Milo is a house cat so anyone with allergies needs to be aware of this. He is a delightful cat and if you are a cat lover these digs will be perfect for you.
Kat is an actress so very understanding.
Would stay again.

Had such a wonderful time staying with Kat in Nottingham. The flat was the perfect size, facilities were great, and the location perfect. Kat is such a friendly, accommodating host with great suggestions and a lovely and chill cat. Would 100% recommend to anyone who will be working in Nottingham.
