Self-Contained
Lovely ground floor apartment in a quiet, safe and nice neighbourhood with own parking space.
Featuring a good sized lounge/bedroom, built in wardrobe. A bathroom with a brand new bath and wall panels (2026) and electric shower over bath. A fitted kitchen with a washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge with an ice compartment, pots and pans. NB No extractor fan.
Outside there is allocated off-road parking and pretty well kept communal gardens.

The Area and Transport
Walk to theatre is approx 30 mins. Buses into the city are regular but there are not many late buses after the show. We have uber and taxis under £10 each way or some guests choose to take their car to the city to park if they dont want to walk back.

Good digs for self contained! The free parking was great. It’s about a 35 minute walk to the theatre, I walked in and ubered home which was a great choice. Very well furnished kitchen for cooking.

Sarah’s flat is fantastic. Comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully set up with anything you would need. She’s extremely communicative and helpful as well. The only tiny downside is that it’s a bit of a distance to downtown - about a 25-30 minute walk - but there’s also a convenient bus and uber if you need it. As a said, a very small downside for an otherwise perfect spot!

Great location, very quite area, only a 15 minute bus ride to the city center, very much enjoyed my stay!

Sarah’s digs are fantastic. An easy 25ish minute walk to the theatre or a very quick bus ride into town. Exactly what I needed and parking is a bonus! Thank you

Sarah has a glorious home from home with everything you could need, the perfect escape if you want some piece away from the city. A short walk to the train station and river when you get some downtime on a busy tour and plenty of buses to get you into town and pretty much to the theatre. Large safe parking space...it offers everything.

Great stay at these lovely digs! About a 10 minute drive to the theatre. Easy check in and out so would definitely stay here again!

Really great self-contained space in Norwich in a quiet area. Cosy, comfy, with a bath and good sized kitchen.
The location was fine for me but be aware that it’s about a 25-30 min walk to the theatre and if your show is long the buses might not be running still at night.
But as I say - all great for me. Speedy, clear and friendly communication with Sarah too.

Thanks Charlie. Really glad you had a good stay. The buses in Norwich arent brilliant but if too tired to walk then we do have uber and taxis under £10 or some people park in the city if they have a car too.

Absolutely perfect! Sparkling clean, quiet, safe and has everything you might need including parking. Very kind and helpful host. About a 30 minute walk to Theatre Royal or a bus ride away. Highly recommend!
