Bedroom 3 The Loft: Newly decorated double room in the loft with small WC ensuite toilet and basin and views on to Leckhampton Hill.

The living room and dining room have recently been decorated and offer a cosy large space for relaxing and socialising.

The kitchen is in need of an update but has all the mod cons with a range cooker, washing machine, air fryer, fridge and freezer and is fully equipped with all you will need. Coffee /Tea and essentials provided.

Outdoor space is ample with a decked area and BBQ and green area backing onto some beautiful trees.
