Ensuite room in fun upside down house with access to a lovely south facing garden full of wild flowers and with access to table tennis fun in the summer months. Full use of kitchen and living areas, with discreet spots to chill and a busier kitchen area if feeling sociable. Easy walking distance to the city and theatre, as well as the local countryside.
We also have a black and white cat.

There is off street parking for one car and we live on a road without parking restrictions.
The Area and Transport
Our home is in a residential street approximately a ten minute walk from both the train station and the Hall for Cornwall. It is a quiet area close to lovely countryside walks and a twenty minute drive to the north or south coasts.

There is an ensuite bathroom and a room with a bed that can be made up as a single or double, with facilities to make hot drinks. The room also has its own front door. The rest of the house will be open and available. The television is in the kitchen dining space, whilst there is a second living room reserved for music, conversation and contemplation.

Such warm and welcoming hosts!
The room was cosy, fully equipped with everything I needed, and genuinely very comfortable.
It’s also only about a 10-minute walk to both the theatre and the town centre, which was incredibly convenient.
If I come back again in the future, I would absolutely love to stay here again!

Diane and Clint were brilliant. Gave me more than enough and always made sure I had everything I needed. The room is a lovely, cosy and clean private area that I would be definitely be returning to when I’m back in Truro!
