1 double room with private bathroom in a three-story semi-detached house. With garden access and full use of kitchen. In walking distance the theatres approximately 20 minutes. Very friendly hosts Louise and Richard whom reside in the home.

We do provide a light breakfast of porridge oats for you to enjoy in your room during your stay.

Towels and bed sheets are provided and will be cleaned and restocked frequently if you are on a longer stay with us.

Your room has use of a small travel iron and ironing board, hair dryer and a fridge.

In your private bathroom there is hand soap, moisturiser, shampoo, conditioner, bath bubbles and shower wash for you to use. If you are on a longer stay with us these items will be filled up for you. In the bathroom cabinet there are a number of items in case you have forgotten anything - please help yourself.

Located closely to the stunning Hull marina, city centre and theatres our guest room offers a stylish, comfy, private space with access to a private bathroom. FREE fast WIFI, a smart tv, an excellent workspace and tea and coffee making facilities. A light breakfast is provided.

FREE parking is included in your stay, please ensure you inform us if you require a parking space and we can arrange this for you.

The city’s train and bus station is Paragon Interchange if you are arriving by train & choose to walk to the property it is approximately 10-15 minute walk away. If you are arriving by train come out the main station turn right and keep walking straight until you get to the Whittington and cat pub on your right and small marina on your left walk straight down wellington street follow the bend around to the left and we are the first street on the left.

The rest of the house is shared with me & husband.

Please remember this room is within our home where we live, if we are in while you are staying naturally there will be some noise in the house of us moving around, it is a 3 story house and we sleep on the top floor above the room you will be staying in so please expect to hear us moving around & if you prefer complete silence this is not the property for you.

Other rules

On entry please take shoes off at the front door and leave them in the hallway or take up to your room with you.

There is strictly NO SMOKING or VAPING in or near the room or the house. Do not smoke out of the window or balconette doors. If you do smoke or vape you may do so in the back garden only.

All doors must be locked behind you including the balconette doors in your room please do not forget these and please shut the bathroom window if you are going out, the front door key can be posted through front door letterbox on checkout, all lights must be switched off when not in use and no loud music is to be played.
