Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen that's vegan and vegetarian-friendly, ideal for those who love to cook or simply want to eat in. On rainy days, snuggle up with a blanket and a movie—there’s a smart TV with pay-per-view services available for a cosy night in.
Your room includes a private toilet, and the shower room is shared with my respectful adult son, who's a student and also lives in the house (I have my own bathroom).

Charanjeet’s home is beautifully serene. The location is excellent- a 20 minute walk through the Georgian Quarter into town and close to the lovely Princes Park and Sefton Park and Lark Lane.
The room is on the ground floor and has its own toilet and a shared shower room upstairs. There’s direct access through French doors to the beautiful garden. The kitchen is modern and clean and has everything you could need.

Charanjeet is a wonderfully welcoming and friendly host. The bedroom is spacious and the bed really comfortable, and the whole house was warm and spotless. It was great to have use of the kitchen and storage space there, and getting the bus into town to the Playhouse was really straightforward. Highly recommended!

Charanjeet was so welcoming, lovely and helpful. The space was quiet and peaceful and extremely clean. It is a very easy bus ride from the end of the road to the Liverpool Empire or a walk, which actually only took me 25 minutes. Thank you so much!

Charanjeet was a perfect host. The room was exactly as described. Nice and spacious on the ground floor with comfy double bed and nice sofa / sitting area for reading or TV. Door onto the garden, and a homely relaxed vibe. Sole use of the downstairs toilet / basin was great and nice family bathroom upstairs and use of the shared modern kitchen. I imagine it would be lovely in the summer. Parking space outside was excellent, with good buses or not a bad walk in better weather. Highly reccomend.

Had a great stay with Charanjeet! Her place is a lovely find: a lovely, spacious, quirky room and a ten-minute bus ride (or a half-hour walk) to the city center. Charanjeet herself is a wonderful host: very friendly, easy-going and also super accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Charanjeet’s place in Liverpool. From start to finish, everything was excellent—spotlessly clean, exactly as described, and in a great location. Charanjeet was a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating.
One of the highlights of my stay was spending time chatting with her in her beautiful garden. She has created such a lovely and relaxing space, both inside and out, with a beautifully decorated home that feels cozy and inviting.

Charanjeet is a lovely and welcoming host! The room is spacious and very comfortable. Having your own loo and basin downstairs is very handy and I just made sure whenever I needed a shower that it fitted in with other people in the house's schedules. I had a really lovely stay here and highly recommend it and Charanjeet to anyone.

Stayed here for a month over the Christmas period, while working at Liverpool Empire. Nice, clean home. Friendly host. Off street parking. Easy 30 minute walk to the venue.

Had a lovely stay at Charanjeet’s spacious ground floor room. She was so welcoming and friendly. Great to have your own toilet across the hallway and the room is spacious and comfortable, French doors lead directly to the garden if you get the opportunity to enjoy it. Easy bus ride into the city. Would recommend and happily return.

Had a lovely stay with Charanjeet whilst at the Empire Theatre. Room was large with a very comfy bed, and also had a sofa. Private toilet opposite the room, shared bathroom with shower upstairs. Approx 30-35 min walk to the Empire, or a bus at the end of the road takes you into town. Would gladly stay again, thanks!

Lovely house, a nice walk away from the Empire.
I felt at home as soon as I arrived and was disappointed I couldn’t spend more time in the comfy room due to my schedule.
Very clean, peaceful and quiet.
Hopefully we’ll be touring back to Liverpool next year!

“I had an excellent stay at Charanjeet’s home in Liverpool. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bed, sofa, TV, and access to her beautiful garden. I had my own bathroom, and the space offered great privacy, but I was welcome to use the kitchen and garden as needed. The location was ideal, especially with my bike, in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Charanjeet was really friendly, helpful and hospitable. Highly recommended!”

This is a little gem! Charanjeet is a wonderful host. Bent over backwards. The room is beautiful and spacious. Only a 10 min bus ride into town. Would Defiantly stay again.

Lovely, large room about 35 mins walk to the Empire. Private bathroom, sofa, good WiFi and comfortable bed. Charanjeet is a fantastic host, I had to do a last minute, same day booking and check in due to other, unsuitable digs and she was so accommodating and welcoming. There's shops nearby and a beautiful garden to relax in. Highly recommended, I'll be back! :)
