About these Digs

Living with Host

Lovely family home, two miles from the city centre, in a friendly, multicultural area of Manchester.

It is convenient for all the major theatres - Palace, Opera House, HOME, Royal Exchange, Contact Theatre, Space Studios, Bridgewater Hall and the Lowry.

Lots of lovely restaurants and takeaways within a 2 minute walk.

The room has a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, chair (with or without foot stall), Towels can be provided if required.

The room has a WiFi booster so internet access is good. An extension lead is available next to the bed. A hairdryer is available to guests. There is a shared bathroom, an additional toilet downstairs, lounge (with Sky TV and use of the kitchen including microwave, washing machine and Its a 3-4 minute walk to the supermarket, bus stop into Manchester Piccadilly ( 10 minute journey) and park & Whitworth Art gallery.
The house is also a home to my two lovely cats who live downstairs only.

Bedding and towels will be changed fortnightly (unless required before) and/or on turnover.

Smoking Allowed but only outside please. Strictly no smoking in the house.

Treat the house as your home, keeping it clean and tidy and clear up after yourself as you go along.

I'm sorry but its not wheelchair friendly.

I work full time so will be out much of the day. My daughter will be home only during university holidays.
My street is Permit Parking only during the week. If you wish to bring a car please let me know at least a week before so I can apply for a permit for your vehicle.
