Living with Host
You will have your own double room in an owner occupied house which is shared with one small black cat.
The house is in Clapham and is three stories with bedrooms at the top of the house and living accommodation on the lower ground floor. The middle floor is used as an office by the owner from where she runs a photography agency. The spare room is a good sized double and has storage with a chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe.
Facilities include, shared kitchen, sitting room and bathroom, which has a wet room shower and toilet. There is a garden at the back of the house, parking is limited and requires permits. Clapham is very well served for transport with a bus stop at the end of the road, from which buses go into Waterloo and National Theatre or to Trafalgar Square and The Strand. Nearest tube is the northern line, about 5-10 minute walk from the house and there are "Boris bikes" close to the house. There are also two train stations nearby - Wandsworth Road which goes into the City of London and Clapham Junction which connects to most of the London main line stations.
The house has free and fast wifi, but no TV connections.
Ideally minimum period is a week but I am happy to consider single night stays. The room is only available for single occupancy.
The calendar is kept up to date as much as possible, but I would prefer potential visitors to contact me first so I can check I don’t have any family or friends staying.
It is a non-smoking house, but I am happy for smokers and vapers to use the garden.
