What does this mean?

I live in a terraced house in the old part of Leicester called Belgrave. My road is by a pretty park and there is a very pleasant walk into town by the canal which is 2 minutes away. The walk into town takes about 30 minutes. The bus into town is only 2 minutes walk away.
It's also near to the predominantly Asian part of Leicester and consequently there are lots of good Indian restaurants within walking distance. Lots of good takeaways too.
I'm offering a double room with the bathroom next to it and free use of the kitchen, garden and a lounge at the front of the house. Parking is on the street. I have a cat.
