Living with Host
Small double bedroom with king size duvet, drawers and mirror. This room has blackout curtains and a thick winter duvet to keep you warm. The flat is a maisonette across 3 floors, with a large modern kitchen, large living room with corner sofa and TV as well as a balcony with seating, drying line and barbecue.
Nearby theatres include Italia Conti Clapham, Longfield Hall and iAstudios - Infinity Arts London (Kennington) which are all within walking distance. Direct links into central London with access to the West End and Soho within 30 minute door-to-door. It is also a short walk to the Brixton Academy.
Guest Parking
We have convenient paid parking and electrical car charging opposite the flat, paid at £10 a day, £5 for a half day. For longer stays we would be happy to discuss organising a parking permit (£21 a month), however there may be a fee for this as we would need to set up a new car registration.
The Area and Transport
Our flat is situated inbetween Brixton and Stockwell with excellent access into North and South London as well as bus links into Clapham. Nearby theatres include Italia Conti Clapham, Longfield Hall and iAstudios - Infinity Arts London (Kennington) which are all within walking distance. A lovely place to stay. I only needed to stay one night, but didn't really have any complaints. Molly was super helpful and responsive in the lead-up, with really helpful and speedy communication. Super welcoming and comfortable and would happily return again.

Molly, Oli and Abe the cat are affable hosts in whose company I felt very much at home. They are about to refurbish some aspects of the property but I enjoyed a very comfortable stay with them. Recommended.
