Living with Host

What does this mean?

You’ll receive a warm welcome to my home. An ideal place to stay for visiting performers to Octagon Theatre Bolton or The Albert Halls Bolton and visits to Manchester and surrounding areas.
The space
Guest room is within a quiet home on the first floor of a semi-detached house. The room has a double bed, feather duvet or regular, your choice, with twin pillows, double wardrobe and chest of drawers for your sole use. Extra blankets available for your comfort. Room is centrally heated and is equipped with kettle, selection of teas, coffee and fresh milk. Room has a designated workspace with excellent WiFi. I do not provide a TV.

Continental style breakfast will be available in the dining room. A peaceful patio and garden area will also be available for your use.

The guest can have full access to the kitchen for stays of more than 2 nights.

The bathroom has recently been refurbished with over-bath shower. There are also two separate WC's.
Parking for small/medium sized car available on driveway.
I plan to be available at check-in and I'll be available for any assistance you may need during your stay, either in person, via mobile or Theatre Digs app. Check-in and check-out times can be flexible if that's possible.
Transport links- To Bolton; 5 min walk to bus stop then 15-20 min journey to Bolton town centre.
To Manchester; 5 min walk to bus stop then 20 min train journey to Manchester
House Rules: Check-in 6pm-10pm. Check-out 10am. £100 deposit required, refundable if no damage to the furnishings or property has occurred during the guests stay. No smoking on premises. No Pets. Not suitable for children under 12 yrs. Quiet times 11.00pm - 6am. Please remove shoes indoors.

What a joy it was to stay with lovely Kath. It really was a home from home and Kath was so welcoming and generous from start to finish. The house was always clean and warm which in the winter was lovely to come back to after a long day! I was working at the Bolton Octagon and it was an easy 15-20 min trip in on the bus and they were very regular, would highly recommend staying here if you're in need of digs! Thank you so much!
