Living with Host
1 double/twin room at the rear of my 1st floor flat, which is located on a quiet road. Being at the back of the flat means less noise and more privacy for guests.
There is a communal garden at the front of the flat and communal washing lines to hang laundry.
The kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared and you'd have use of these also.
The bed in the guests' bedroom is a day bed however it can be kept as a single bed, assembled into two single beds for a twin room or also be assembled as a double bed (please note this would leave a gap in the middle of the bed as the mattresses cannot be joined up.)
Guest Parking
Free on-street parking is available and there is a small car park for guest/residents use outside the block of flats
The Area and Transport
I live on a residential, leafy road next to Carlton train station. There are numerous bus routes close by which go to Nottingham city centre (approx 10-15 mins) or to Arnold (for Bonnington Theatre). My home is well placed for supermarkets and other amenities, which are all within walking distance

The kitchen, living room and bathroom are all shared. I live by myself and I may have friends over from time to time but I'm respectful about quiet times in the morning and at night.
The fridge and freezer can be used to store your food and I have tupperware if you wish to borrow these for keeping food in.
The spare room door doesn't have a lock however if I am aware that guests are staying in there, I wouldnt access the room.
Excluded Facilities
Apart from my bedroom, all areas of the flat are accessible to guests. I keep my clothes in the fitted wardrobes which are in the guest bedroom but there is a clothes rail for guest use. If you require further storage please let me know and I will endeavour to accommodate.
