The Annex is located close to Victoria Park, modern stylish detached garden annex is ideal for visiting the near-by attractions of Cardiff within walking distance to the Chapter Arts centre and close to bus links to the city centre and Cardiff Bay areas.

The accommodation comprises a double bed, en-suite toilet and shower with a small kitchenette at the other side of the room. The kitchenette includes a small fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and a cafetière with tea, coffee and milk supplied.
The room includes a coffee table and 2 seats, bedside cabinet and a wardrobe. It also has Wi-Fi and heating.

Outside there is a small patio overlooking our garden with a table and chairs. The annex has its own access from the street with free street parking available. Easy walking distances to some great local restaurants, take aways, shops and a beautiful park.
