you will have your own bedroom and your own bathroom for exclusive use. These are on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor is the kitchen, front living room, and our extensive garden which are shared spaces. The hosts have their own bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, as well as their own living room

The utter kindness & support of Suman & Chris is worth the rent alone! They are truly the personification of kindness & thoughtfulness. They 'made' my stay in Birmingham a real pleasure.
Lovely house / room / shower /WC, very comfortable bed (!) in a quiet residential street. The house is about a 20+ minute cycle ride from the Birmingham Hippodrome or buses 16 & 16A (about an 8-minute walk from the house) direct to the theatre. Lidl 5 minute bike ride. An excellent choice–you will be happy too!

Suman & Chris were very welcoming, & the single room was thoughtfully furnished & stylishly decorated & comes with its own private shower room.
It's in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood, about a 20 minute drive from the centre of Birmingham.
I definitely hope to stay here again.

Had a lovely time staying with Chris and Suman, they were incredibly welcoming, and have a wonderful home and garden. Suman was even kind enough to show me how to make her pumpkin curry, which was delicious, and I'm excited to make it myself in the future! With there being a bus only a short walk away that then goes to the centre of town, it is in an ideal location to then stay in a quieter area after a night's work. If ever I'm back in Birmingham, I'd be delighted to stay with them again.

This is a great place to stay located in a safe, quiet area with easy and quick transport links into the city. Chris and Suman are lovely hosts. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful room and hosts. Very accommodating and friendly. Room was clean well equipped and the bed comfortable, exclusive use of shower room with an amazing powerful shower. Would definately stay with Chris and Suman again. x

Had a lovely stay with Chris and Suman. They were very friendly and welcoming. The room has plenty of storage space and a desk which is great, makes a nice change! I didn’t have any problems with the buses into town but I don’t know how regular they are late at night.

Wonderful stay with Suman and Chris, the decors cute and the space has everything you need. Own bathroom next door is an added bonus! Street is safe to park a car on and easy drive or bus into town. I got tonsillitis whilst I was there and Suman looked after me so well which I’m very grateful for. I’ll definitely stay again if I’m ever in Birmingham

Think this is the third time I have stayed with Chris and Suman. Really lovely room and hosts. There’s a frequent 16 bus service a short walk away which makes getting into the centre really easy.

Wonderful house, welcoming hosts. Single bed room cosy next to kitchen and great modern amenities.
Can get a bus into town centre within 20 minutes dependant on traffic. In residential area so good for a person who just wants peace and quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of town.

I had the most wonderful stay with Suman & Chris. They were unbelievably accommodating and extremely kind. The bed is comfortable, the garden is gorgeous and there's just the right amount of room.
I will 100% go back next time I'm in Birmingham!

Chris and Suman are wonderful hosts. Such a lovely home to have some peace and quiet away from work, especially their beautiful garden! They are very respectful and friendly hosts and I would recommend to anyone working near by (even Wolverhampton!).

Could not have asked for better digs! Dead comfortable room right by the kitchen with its own bathroom and a gorgeous garden. Easy bus to town but it runs less often late at night. Suman+Chris are just the kindest people and understand the long hours

Had such a lovely time staying with Suman and Chris! They made me feel so welcome and couldn’t have been more accommodating! The house is lovely and very homely(perfect for when your staying away from home for a long time!) would 10/10 recommend!

This is a lovely room in a nice house in a pleasant quiet area. The private bathroom is n added bonus. Easy bus-ride (16) into the city centre. Chris and Suman are excellent hosts- extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.
