Cost Quiet double room with private adjacent bathroom (Bristol)

Your room is on the first floor at the back of a large Victorian house it has a view of the garden adjacent to the bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and sink which will be for your sole use, as long as we have no one else staying ( which is rare)! There is a small desk, a chest of drawers and a small wardrobe in the room as well as a double bed, lamps and ample sockets. The boiler is in a cupboard in the room so there is the white noise of the boiler firing up to get used to when the heating goes on.
You have full access to the kitchen and all its facilities including dishwasher and washing machine. We have an air dryer on the landing and there is a washing line in the garden for good drying days.
We have a sitting room with a digital tv which you are welcome to use if we aren’t or come join us. We also have a piano if you like to practice or play.
You will be living with me and my husband Simon. My studio is in a room in the house so I’m around a lot-if I’m not at the allotment. We have had dogs living in our house but not at the moment, however a dog does visit occasionally so if you are super allergic to dogs this house may not be for you. We are fairly quiet people who like to strike a balance between having our own space and being sociable
We are located 2 mins away from buses to the centre of town and 2 mins away from a train station which goes to Temple Meads and local stations. We’re approximately 30min walk from major theatres.5 mins away from a huge selection of local shops and restraunts.
