Welcome to our comfortable and convenient 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Exeter. Just a 5 minute walk from the city centre the location is perfect for theatre professionals to work and explore the city. The apartment can sleep up to 6 across 2 double bedrooms, with additional sleeping space in the living room. The apartment is fully furnished and Equipped and has all the amenities you need for a home from home stay.

The large open plan living space provides a lovely place to relax, cook and socialise with a table seating 6 and an open style kitchen area. The large windows to the front provide lots of natural light.

The main bedroom has one double bed and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be made into a king size bed if needed. All linen and towels are provided and laundered regularly for any longer term stays. There is plenty of hanging and storage space in the bedrooms.

The apartment benefits from fibre broadband and central heating controlled within the apartment.

There is a gym facility on site for guests to avail of. The apartment is situated in the affluent area of Southernhay Gardens which is a short walk away from the city centre with a number of bars, shops and restaurants.

The apartment would be ideal for a group of people sharing.

There is paid parking across the road from the apartment.
