Living with Host
You will find this a welcoming and beautiful spot to learn your part or just relax after a performance. While in the heart of London and walkable distance from all the main tourist spots, the gardens are quiet and secluded and populated by ducks, geese, moorhens and songbirds. You have a single room with TV, with a stacking single bed which rolls out for two if required on occasion. A superbly appointed shower room is adjacent and the host is friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast is included, coffee, tea and milk, gratis.

There is no need for a car here and there is no parking space except public street parking.
The Area and Transport
Beautiful two bed ground floor flat with waterside terrace and communal gardens on the Thames bank five minutes walk from Towerbridge. This is a stunning location on a quiet private gated community with easy access to the city of London, the West End and all amenities. The Bridge theatre is just round the corner. Easy walking distance to Bermondsey Jubilee line station, Londonbridge mainline and underground and Towerhill District line and DLR.

The spare room has access to exclusive shower room. The well-appointed kitchen is shared, access to the living room is at the discretion of the host. The community has a well appointed gymnasium and sauna which guests are welcome to use. Guests have free access to washing machine, drying rack and dish washer.

Access to the living room is at the discretion of the host. Previous guests have found this worked well as the room doubles as a music studio for teaching and recording.

Incredible digs, excellent location, clean and organised space, and lots of privacy. Patrick is a lovely and attentive host. Would absolutely book again in the future.

Rohan is a very civilised and pleasant guest and a delight to have around. welcome back any time.
I had a blast staying with Patrick, he was super friendly, great to talk, I very much enjoyed his taste in music and could not fault the facilities one bit! I hope if I need to stay in London in the future that I will be straight in touch! Great location and easy access to apartment.

Patrick was a five star host!
The location of the flat was perfect, so calm, and just the thing you needed after a full day of rehearsals.
He was also kind to have a chat about music some times, and give you your space when you needed.
Definitely recommend this room if you wanna stay around central london.
