Lovely, large rooms with comfy double beds in the West End area of Leicester close to city centre. Free parking, close to gym and pool (0.7ml) on way to theatre.

Sharing with the owners (Sue and Iain) whose son is a working actor.

Quick, frequent bus services to Curve Theatre and De Montfort Hall. De Montfort Hall is approximately a 20 minute walk and Curve a 30 minute walk. Quiet peaceful house but near area full of shops, cafes and bars.

Large rooms with adjacent bathroom/toilet for guests. Kettle, microwave and fridge in room makes facilities almost self-contained although use of kitchen is welcomed. All modern facilities are available to use.

Smoking is fine outside in lovely walled garden.

I had the most wonderful stay at Iain and Sue's house during a 10 week run of Oliver at the curve.

They were so welcoming and hospitable and the room and facilities are great. I couldn't have wished for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it.
