Living with Host

What does this mean?

A spacious comfy double room with fitted wardrobes 5 minutes walk from Woking Town Centre and station, 8-10 minutes walk to New Victoria Theatre. Use of the kitchen, washing machine and WIFI. Shared bathroom but only occupant is myself and I’m often out working as I’m a freelance violinist. A visitor’s parking permit for one car is also available. There may be the occasional violin lesson or violin practice going on but this shouldn’t disturb. The flat is in a peaceful location 5 mins walk from Woking park and lesuire centre & gym.

Guest Parking

I have a parking permit which enables you to park in the designated flat parking areas at all times. Parking is also free on the road on weekends. Restrictions between 9.30-11.30am apply on the road Mon - Fri otherwise it's free outside these times.

The Area and Transport

The flat is within 5 minutes walk to Woking train & bus Station and about 8 minutes walk from Woking Theatre. Trains run regularly to London Waterloo (25-30mins journey time), trains also run to South West eg Portsmouth, Salisbury, Exeter.

I had a very easy time staying with Clare. She is very friendly and understands the world well as she works in it herself. The room was very relaxing, I had full use of amenities and it was a 15 minute walk to the theatre. Would definitely stay again.
