Comfy double bed in cosy room overlooking extensive gardens. Plenty of space in drawers and wardrobe. Hot drink facilities in the room. Priority is given to guest for use of bathroom, which is next to bedroom and shared with host.
You are welcome to use the kitchen and washing machine. Fridge space available.
There is a wildlife-friendly garden with table and chairs. Cycle storage available and free car parking.
Bus stop 8 mins walk away, with a very frequent service. Meanwood Park is 2 mins walk away.
Travel time (short walk and bus) to theatres and Leeds city centre is 35 mins door-to-door.
We are 10 mins walk from bars, restaurants and shops in Headingley or Meanwood, including Waitrose, Aldi and Sainsbury's. The lovely 1930s Cottage Road Cinema is 10 mins walk away.
We have a cat, but he is not allowed in the bedroom or lounge.
